`make check` tests fail / cygwin

Hello,

I tried to compile pspp under winxp/ cygwin.
unfourtonally I get following errors while running `make check`with
pspp-0.4.0:

Are this serious errors? (./configure; make and make install runs without
any error messages)
what does that mean?
