I18n is something we hope to look at in more detail after the next
release. Normally, the number format would be automatically taken
care of by the C library according to the current locale. However in
the case of PSPP, we have to be careful because we have to maintain
compatibility with other software.
Europeans might wish to use the command
SET DECIMAL COMMA.
