This bug was fixed some time ago. See
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?26936
Obviously it didn't make it into the copy that you have.
You can work around it by reversing the order of the pair.

Please let me know what's going on here. Is it just a numerical problem

very small p-values??
