redone SVG desktop logo

So i redid the bright top of the chart and put it all in a new and clean
file with Inkscape. After all it still isn't a master piece of art, but
the basic idea is now "implemented" rather clean and it scales better.

Please review and at best put it into Git, so i don't need to carry it
along in the Debian package.
