I'm new to SPSS and have just installed version 0.7.8 of PSPP on Ubuntu. I
know that PSPP was designed to be more-or-less a clone of SPSS (at least,

learning SPSS from a book, are there any specific differences I should know
about which are likely to catch me out?
I can't think of any. If you discover any such differences, please report them,
and we can fix them, or at least document them.
