Actually I removed old package with sudo apt-get remove --purge pspp
and then reinstalled it from DEB package Jure Cuhalev built yesterday.
After that I did sudo updatedb and then locate frequencies.ui. This is
what I get:
/usr/share/pspp/frequencies.ui
After all that, the problem is still the same.
