Hi

As your name and email address makes me skeptic whether this is spam,
a troll or a real issue I decided to test this anyway with the result
that I was not able to reproduce the problem.

However if you decided to overrule the default  path at the
installation or the deinstallation  to "C:\Program Files" instead of
"C:\Program Files\PSPP" than this will indeed happen. But if you did
that,  that  is what you asked the uninstaller to do.
