In the PSPP site they say that it "Inter-operates with Gnumeric,

What kind of inter-operation is available with LibreOffice?
Well there are various ways it can interoperate:
1 If using the GUI, you have the clipboard:
From the data editor you can cut/copy and paste to/from LibreOffice
spreadsheets.
2 You can export your results to OpenDocument format, which then be read by
LibreOffice: (Use "pspp -o report.odt" , or from the GUI Output
Viewer: File|Export )
3 You can import directly from .ods files using the GET DATA command. (See
Section 9.4 of the user manual). Currently there is no GUI dialog to do
this - but that is under development ...
May I import data to PSPP directly from an .ods file? Or I have to
export to .csv first?
No. You don't have to export to .csv but you can do that if you find it more
convenient.
