vu_dispatch is only for reading vhost-user message. This function is called by the kick handler which is no longer run as a coroutine since I followed the advice to make better use of contrib/libvhost. Although no error has appeared or been reported by address sanitizer with --enable-sanitizers, using malloc is the correct way. I've fixed it in v10.
