Please see CODING_STYLE for struct naming and use of typedefs.

Why unsigned? Maybe uint8_t or plain char instead?

When the function call is this long, perhaps it would be more readable
to assign a temporary variable with the result and use that in if
expression.
The expression sector_num * BDRV_SECTOR_SIZE / iscsilun->block_size is
used often, refactoring this to a function could make the code a bit
clearer.

Usually 'opaque' is used instead of 'private_data'.
