[Qemu-devel] [v8][RESEND][PATCH 05/10] xen, gfx passthrough: basic graphics passthrough support |

basic gfx passthrough support:
- add a vga type for gfx passthrough
- register/unregister legacy VGA I/O ports and MMIOs for passthrough GFX
