So this fails if we can't generate a TB as tcg_tb_remove(NULL) will barf
(this was the crash I was seeing). However with two additional patches
from my plugin series:

  translate-all: use cpu_in_exclusive_work_context() in tb_flush
  translate-all: use cpu_in_exclusive_work_context() in tb_flush

We can do a simple repeat operation:

Because the tb_flush triggered by the generation code will have occured
straight away.

I'd suggest cherry picking those two patches into your next series.
