Fwd: IGD assignment / Legacy Mode Question

Hello,
We are using IGD legacy assignment to start our Vm  on Intel nuc
platform ( generation 7, 8 ) with succes.
However, in some cases, we must set rombar to off and sometime rombar
set to on in order to start the Vm.

We are using Windows 10 :
according to the hardware ( intel nuc 6,7,8 generation, other
plateforme as asus PN60 )
- Rombar must be set to on or off  , ( off can block at seabios level)
- When rombar is set to on, there's no windows boot logon ( vga not
detect ? , if rombar set to off, vga boot is present )

Is there any explanation to these strange behaviour, or just Intel Igd ?
