[PULL 18/34] vfio: Rename VFIO_AP_DEVICE_TYPE to TYPE_VFIO_AP_DEVICE

Subject: [PULL 18/34] vfio: Rename VFIO_AP_DEVICE_TYPE to TYPE_VFIO_AP_DEVICE

This will make the type name constant consistent with the name of
the type checking macro.
