[PULL 24/29] scripts/qapi: Remove texinfo generation support

From: Markus Armbruster
Subject: [PULL 24/29] scripts/qapi: Remove texinfo generation support
Date: Tue, 29 Sep 2020 22:19:21 +0200

From: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org>

We no longer use the generated texinfo format documentation,
so delete the code that generates it, and the test case for
the generation.
