Hi all,

modularization of TCG is still incomplete in my view: we need to handle the 
error case better.

If we configure --enable-modules --enable-tcg --enable-kvm , but for some 
reason the .so is not present or is not loaded successfully,
and kvm fails to be enabled (for example, /dev/kvm not available etc),

we try to revert to tcg as fallback, and then fail with an unhelpful message:

ERROR:../accel/accel-softmmu.c:82:accel_init_ops_interfaces: assertion failed: 
(ops != NULL)

What we should I think say:

ERROR: tcg has been configured and requested, but plugin could not be loaded.

I'll dig into it a bit, but another pair of eyes would be helful as well..
