[PULL 14/38] linux-user: Fix madvise(MADV_DONTNEED) on alpha

MADV_DONTNEED has a different value on alpha, compared to all the other
architectures. Fix by using TARGET_MADV_DONTNEED instead of
MADV_DONTNEED.
