None, currently.

Somebody who has the hardware and is interested in this being
supported would need to write and submit the code.

A little, I suppose. There's Hypervisor.framework support for
x86 in the main upstream tree now: https://wiki.qemu.org/Features/HVF
may be a relatively current description of its status. Not many
QEMU developers use OSX so I'm not sure how much the hvf
support gets tested.
