[PATCH 09/11] hw/sd/sdhci: Rename ESDHC_* defines to USDHC_*

Subject: [PATCH 09/11] hw/sd/sdhci: Rename ESDHC_* defines to USDHC_*

The device model's functions start with "usdhc_", so rename the defines
accordingly for consistency.
