[Qemu-trivial] [PATCH v2] bt: check struct sizes

reasons these do not use sizeof, and Coverity caught a mistake in
EVT_ENCRYPT_CHANGE_SIZE.

Note other sizes that seem wrong or inconsistent with the kernel header.
