How expensive is qdev_get_machine? This could potentially be a
performance issue if this register is read a lot.


At this point this number is constant and accessible somehow via CPUARMState,
right?

I'm not sure if all of smp variables are constant for arm.

I haven't see the offset relation between MachineState and CPUARMState
and it's recommended to access smp properties via MachineState.
