  FWIW, these insignificant changes are going in to our dist and
should apply to this one too. I expect they will be rejected anyway, but
who knows.

Changes:

        quilt default help output goes to stdout now, not half to stdout and
rest to stderr
        Typo and ambiguity fixes.
        Changes old cmd_names in --help output to reflect current cmd_names
