[Quilt-dev] Improvement to dependency-graph

Hi.  I don't use quilt but use patcher instead which is very similar to  
quilt.
I was able to modify dependency-graph to use the metadata that patcher  
stores instead of the metadata quilt uses.  Using this patch, I was  
able to generate a dependency graph for my patch stack!  Thanks for the  
neat script.  I don't know if you would want to include it in quilt,  
but it doesn't cause any harm.
