[Rapp-announce] New release of RAPP: 0.7

The RAPP project is proud to announce a new release of RAPP,
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/rapp/.

All known bugs have been fixed. New vector backends have been
added, for Loongson-2E and -2F, ARM NEON and SPARC VIS. Further
