Details:

A large part of this is the forgiving nature of python code as its being
developed, and the other part is that the python API handles a lot of events
with exceptions, and its a good system. The only problem is, if every random
race case isn't accounted for, a 5 hour backup has to be restarted. 

I Think that rdiff-backup should try to develop a more fault-proof atitude
during a backup, and attempt to just skip the violationg file, (or at least
make it an option).
