Good idea. I've just done that.

I've also added a link to that page from repo-criteria.html, which
mentions the proposed list and encourages people to give feedback:

> updates</a> to the repo criteria.</p>

This mailing list is mentioned in the paragraph above that one, so it
should be clear to people where to send any comments.
