Details:

Just for a basic technical demonstration, the template currently contains
several dummy sections of analysis, within `paper.tex', and two dummy figures.


Removing these dummy parts from the template (which are scattered in various
directories) is fully described in the checklist of `README-hacking.md'.  

However, this step is really annoying and repetitive (pre-set) and can be
fully automatized. 

So it would be good if it is done through the `./project' script, in a call
like this:


./project remove-dummy


It can be run at any time (even before `./project configure') 

This task was suggested by Deepak (from Indian Institute of Astrophysics).
