Thanks a lot for sharing this discovery!

Do you think this is related to bug #61811 (jinja2, extension-helpers,
pybind11 not found, even though installed)? Because pyerfa was also mentioned
there. If those software have a similar problem, we may be able to fix them in
a similar way ;-).
