[bug #63054] Pyerfa crash, setting setuptools_scm as a prerequisite of pyerfa

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #63054 (project reproduce):

maybe you are right! I have been looking at that. The only thing I have found
is this line in the 'setup.py' file of 'extension-helpers':


setup(use_scm_version={'write_to': os.path.join('extension_helpers',
'version.py')})


I tried to reproduce that problem but since it is not a reproducible bug I
couldn't. In any case I can also add 'setuptools_scm' as a prerequisite of
'extension-helpers' and let the users try if they get the same problem. What
do you think?
