[Ruqueue-user] problem with escaping single quotes?

Hi,

I am testing ruqueue, so far out of the many projects listed on the
opensource site this seems to be the most robust and well thought-out,
kudos!

I don't know if the problem I am seeing is ruqueue-specific or not, but
here goes:

When added a ticket, if there are single quotes ' in the subject or body
of the call, the call becomes 'invisible'; it exists, mails are sent
out, but it's not visible in the queue. No initial history is appended.
A double set of single quotes ' ' just disappear, removing everything
between them. Four single quotes '''' make the system show two single
quotes. 

It took me a while to figure out :) but sadly I'm not enough of a coder
to solve it...

Also, not a bug, just information:
When installing I had to extend my perl installation with all kinds of
extra CPAN modules to get the comment function to work; Mbox-parse and
some others. Perl is pretty specific about what its missing but I can
imagine people having trouble getting this to work properly.
