[Savannah-cvs] [FrontPage] CVS update error message - HELP!

Could you please help me with the following error message I get in response to 
a CVS update command:
cvs update: move away SuperAgent/SA-dataroot/WK/configuration/applications.cl; 
it is in the way
If I delete the existing target file, then the latest release is written there; 
otherwise I get endlessly this error message.
