administrator or moderator to help spread the moderation load.   This fake 
address has the advantage of not being harvestable, which keeps the crud coming 
to *-owner to a manageable level.  It has the disadvantage that when a real 
message is sent to *-owner, it is lost.  The hope is that real people will see 
the DELETEME and delete it instead of blindly sending to the mailto: link on 
the mailman pages.
