www propagation is currently dead in the water, as far as I can see, and
has been for (at least) several hours.

E.g., in the sources, home.shtml does not have the item about doom any
more (the petition was successful BTW!), but www.gnu.org still shows it.

I am not sure what we were trying to test, but whatever it was,
it failed :(.  Please restart the cron asap.
