    I recommend to close this task without any comment.

I'm not sure that it is a joke.  It is only 100 lines of C code, but the
code is actually doing something that's not a joke -- opening a modem
and setting attributes.

I don't know if we have a limit on how small a project can be. 

But in any case, it fails on the usual criteria -- there is no license
notice in that one source file.  Maybe you could reply about that and
see if anything more comes of it?
