I was about to approve the moonOS project, but I realized that the
project is claiming to be Official GNU/Software
It is fine to just change it from official GNU to non-gnu at the point
of acceptance and just mention doing so in the message. What's most
important is not to approve something as GNU when it isn't.
(And the way things become GNU is by going through
http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html, not anything on savannah.)
their project description says Linux instead of GNU/Linux.
That's a different problem. We shouldn't approve it, even as nongnu,
unless and until they agree to follow "GNU/Linux".
Thanks,
