Hi Karl,

A Polish user reported that the Polish mirror is pretty slow. From
here it's indeed slow - 1kB/s - although I'm in France, but that's
consistent with what the user reported.

Do you have recommendations?

I guess we could mail the mirror contact asking if there's a problem,
and possibly disable the mirror now (and reenable it when that's
fixed).
