[Savannah-hackers-public] Project creation triggered twice

Hello,

I didn't know the "trigger project creation"-link and the
scredriver-icon both do the same. So I clicked both of them and
therefore have triggered the project creation of 
https://savannah.nongnu.org/siteadmin/groupedit.php?group_id=10126
twice.

Sorry, I hope it doesn't break anything.
