OK, things should now be back to normal on that front, the update script
is re-enabled and the web-cvs directories are checked out against
current CVS head.

I've backported the diff for the webcvs/www project (www.gnu.org).

I'm making diffs for each project now and will put them in 

  /root/diffs-gnu/
  /root/diffs-non-gnu/
  /root/diffs-translation/
