[Savannah-hackers-public] home page "why choose savannah" link

The link to http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/WhyChooseSavannah on our
home page is merely the text "More...".  A person trying to choose a
hosting system just noticed this and wrote me that "More" doesn't do
much to invite following the link.

How about changing the text to (something like) "Why choose Savannah?"
-- since that's where the link goes.

Just a suggestion.
