Greetings GNU hackers,

at last, we're ready to relocate the venerable GNU listserver to a brand
new virtual machine hosted at Global NAPs. This change affects the
following domains:

 lists.gnu.org
 lists.nongnu.org
 lists.libreplanet.org
 lists.endsoftwarepatents.org

The transition to the new server is scheduled for Monday, April 11th at
16:00 UTC and is projected to last for about 2 hours, during which the
service will be intermittently unavailable.

There should be no functional changes except for better responsiveness
and lower latency in spooling out email. The new system should also fix
a few longstanding bugs in mailman and mharc.
