    It looks more like loggerhead spawning too many processes...

1. If there's any info for debugging, perhaps tell Martin Pool and the
other bzr people(I can look up all the addrs if need be).  My
understanding from the discussion was that this wasn't supposed to
happen any more.

2. Is it possible to run loggerhead (and/or other web viewers) through
xinetd or some other throttler?  This seems to happen with every web
viewer on occasion.  Just wondering, not implementing, sorry :(.
