Same dom0 host.  Logically different in a different VM.  But the cpu
usage on that machine has not been noticeable.

But if it isn't enough cpu hogging for one then it wouldn't be for the
other either.  The machine doesn't seem to be browning out due to cpu
but browning out due to I/O.
