Yes. I believe that is still in use and needed. Therese Godefroy for
example was using that recently doing a web page fixup pass across the
web pages.
The www acl actually causes me to worry just a little bit because of
the new vcs0 nfs mounting the data. There is no other way at the
moment but I haven't tested that it works properly over nfs yet. If
it does then great. If not then we may need to come up with a
different solution.
