That is right, there is no public fsf sysadmin mailing list, just the
sysadmin@gnu.org and @fsf.org which both go to our request tracker
instance. There used to be but it stopped being actively used sometime
before I joined fsf about 5 years ago. It is possible to bring it back
if that makes sense.
