[Savannah-hackers-public] Decommissioning the old ns1.gnu.org server

Hi Savannah and Guix admins,

Thanks for your help with the migration of DNS servers, which was a success.

We'll decommission the old server in the next week or so, and its IP 
address will likely go back into the pool of available IP addrs at OVH. 
If you could please remove the old address from your zone transfer 
rules, that would help prevent accidentally transferring your zone to a 
new user of that address:

ns1-old.gnu.org has address 198.27.68.225
