This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My purpose is to make a graphical logo interperter for educationnal use:
        + very easy to use (for little kids)
        + with nice graphics, animated drawings, sounds
        + with a graphical turtle
        + with a multilingual logo language support

The program is made in C, using GTK library, flex & bison tools.
The window is break in two parts:
        + the right one is made for typing the text (the logo code)
        + the left one is for the turtle (the graphical area)

This program does not yet exist.
