A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Lecomte Jean François <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: lgpl
Other License:
Package: Light Multi Document Interface
System name: limdi
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
This project aims to build a light implementation of a Multi Document Interface
using only gtk.
It will give a user a library allowing him to build a complete standalone
application with many documents.
The Limdi framework allows a user to view multiple documents (windows
containing any user-defined widget) constrained to a single parent window
(layout).
All documents contained in this layout don\'t require to be of the same kind.
For example, each document will have its own set of menus.
A communication between all documents is also planned.
I\'m curently working on it and already have some code to commit.
