Mtp Chat ! is a chat server supporting the telnet protocol. Thus no specific 
client is needed in order to connect with it. Contrary to IRC, it is meant to 
be server oriented, so most work is done on the server side.

the goal is to remove this project from sourceforge (due to the new disclaimer) 
and pass this project in GPL (but not GNU)
