Hi,
In order to be efficiently protected by the GNU GPL, each
source file should have a license notice (see below for
instructions). Imagine, for instance, that someone extracts ten files
from your software and places them in hers: there would be no reference
to the copyright holder (you) and the license you chose.
Could you please submit your project again when it's done ?
