php-calendar is, surprisingly, a web-based calendar written in php.  it is 
currently distributed on sourceforge.  php-calendar.sf.net  the latest release 
is at http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/php-calendar/php-calendar-0.5.tar.gz

CVS code has multiple language support, though the last release does not.

php and optionally gettext.
